Menas Group launches multi-sector digital ecosystem
Menas Group marked the successful deployment of a comprehensive ERP system, an Omni-Channel Hub and the Mena Select Super App.

Menas Group on Wednesday held a go-live ceremony to mark the official launch of its digital transformation ecosystem, including a comprehensive ERP system, an omni-channel operations hub and the Mena Select super app.
The rollout marks a key milestone for the five-year-old company as it positions digital infrastructure at the core of its strategy to expand in Vietnam’s premium retail and service markets. The group said the system will serve as a foundation for sustainable growth by improving operational transparency, data integrity and decision-making capacity.
Menas Group completed the ERP implementation in approximately three months, a timeline significantly shorter than the industry average, where similar projects typically take six months for mid-sized firms and up to a year for diversified conglomerates.
The company attributed the accelerated deployment to intensive coordination between senior management, functional departments and technology partners, including Microsoft, Balas Technologies and Magenest.
Under the new model, Menas’ Omni-Channel Hub consolidates data from both online and offline sales channels, standardizes inputs and feeds validated information into the ERP system.
The company said this approach eliminates data fragmentation, enhances operational control and provides management with a real-time, end-to-end view of business performance.
“The past five years have been about building trust, but sustaining that trust requires a management platform capable of protecting customer interests in every transaction,” said Nguyen Duc Quynh, General Director of Menas Group, at the event.
“This project was not just about deploying software. It was about establishing a new service mindset. We chose to build a digital core early because standardized data is the most direct commitment to service quality.”

Ngo Xuan Bang, Chief Information Officer of Menas Group, said the project’s success was driven by strong leadership backing, a clear implementation roadmap and close collaboration between operational teams and technology partners. He added that the digital ecosystem was designed to be secure, transparent and scalable, allowing the group to support future expansion without structural disruption.
Microsoft Vietnam said it welcomed Menas Group’s decision to adopt Microsoft Dynamics 365 as its core ERP platform.
“With a clear roadmap and strong cooperation among partners, we are confident this system will improve operational efficiency and create a solid foundation for Menas Group’s long-term digital transformation,” said Phan Hong Son, SMB Lead at Microsoft Vietnam.
Alongside the internal technology rollout, Menas Group officially launched Mena Select, a consumer-facing super app positioned as a gateway to the group’s digital ecosystem. The app integrates services across retail, dining, healthcare, beauty, travel booking and hospitality, enabling customers to move seamlessly between online discovery, e-commerce transactions and in-store or on-site experiences.
On the same day, the group opened Mena Gourmet at 547 Huynh Tan Phat street in Ho Chi Minh City. The complex includes Mena BéBé, Mena Cosmetics & Perfumes and Club des Sommeliers winery, all of which are operated on the omni-channel platform from inception.
Menas Group said it plans to replicate the technology-integrated retail and service model at multiple locations across Ho Chi Minh City, including Nguyen Thi Thap, Vo Van Ngan, Phan Dang Luu and Tran Nao streets, with a flagship site planned at the Saigon Marina IFC development.
The company said the go-live event represents the starting point of a longer transformation journey, as it seeks to blur traditional boundaries between retail, services and digital platforms while scaling its operations nationwide.
