A Wink Unscripted by Hyatt Hotel is set to open in Hanoi in 2027

Wink Hanoi Westlake, the seventh hotel in the Wink Unscripted by Hyatt chain, offers 406 modern rooms and has just topped out on April 3 in Hanoi.

A new Wink Unscripted by Hyatt hotel, Wink Hanoi Westlake, is set to open in Hanoi in 2027, delivering the brand’s fresh blend of functional quality, extraordinary design, tech-driven and highly sustainable stays imbued with Hyatt’s in quality, care and global reach to Vietnam’s capital.

Located at 18 Thuy Khue street, the hotel will feature 406 hotel keys, including 287 hotel rooms and 119 Wink Residences Unscripted by Hyatt. Overlooking the famed West Lake, the National Botanical Gardens, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum among other iconic landmarks, Wink Hanoi Westlake boasts spectacular, panoramic day and sunset views particularly from its rooftop pool and bar.

Conveniently situated around 25 minutes to Noi Bai International Airport, and 15 minutes to Hanoi CBD, as well as within close proximity to one of the capital’s most vibrant neighborhoods, known for excellent local and innovative cuisine and diverse cultural experiences, Wink Hanoi Westlake is the ideal launchpad for Hanoi exploration or long-term business stays.

Vietnam’s tourism sector continues to demonstrate strong momentum. Data from the General Statistics Office shows the country has consistently welcomed over 2 million international visitors per month in early 2026. While Hanoi received nearly 9 million visitors in the first quarter, including 2.4 million international arrivals, an increase of 28.7% year-on-year.

Wink Hanoi Westlake, Unscripted by Hyatt is developed by Indochina Kajima and Newtatco, with construction by Viteccons. It is the 7th hotel within Wink Unscripted by Hyatt’s portfolio, following Wink Saigon Centre, its 2 hotels in Danang, and hotels in Hai Phong, Tuy Hoa, and Can Tho.
