Menas Group opens dual flagship retail outlets near Tan Son Nhat airport
Menas Group today inaugurated two new flagship retail destinations: the Mena cosmetics and perfumes pop-up store and TWG Tea, both located on the first floor of Menas Mall Saigon Airport.

Closing a year of strong growth and strategic expansion, Menas Group on Tuesday inaugurated two flagship retail outlets - the Mena Cosmetics & Perfumes pop-up store and a TWG Tea boutique - at Menas Mall Saigon Airport, underscoring its ambition to elevate customer experience and expand its footprint in Vietnam’s lifestyle retail market.
From early morning, the opening drew a steady stream of local residents and office workers, positioning the new venues as a combined lifestyle hub that brings together beauty, personal care and premium tea in a single, high-end setting tailored to the fast-paced airport district.
Unlike the Mena Cosmetics & Perfumes model integrated within the Mena Gourmet Market, which focuses on everyday convenience and essential products, the new pop-up store at Menas Mall targets the luxury segment. Designed to meet international retail standards, the boutique features curated displays and a selective range of high-end beauty and fragrance products.
The store showcases offerings from world-renowned fashion and fragrance houses including Gucci, Burberry, Chloé and Dolce & Gabbana, with a highlight being the D&G Velvet Collection - a niche artisanal fragrance line positioned at the top end of the luxury market.
Additional brands such as Paco Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Montblanc, Jimmy Choo, Marc Jacobs and Hugo Boss are also available, bringing premium international beauty closer to residents and travelers without the need to commute to the city centre.
The opening reflects the scale of the Menas Group ecosystem. Mena Cosmetics & Perfumes manages a portfolio of more than 2,000 products across hundreds of brands, ranging from established names such as Lancôme, Kiehl’s, Shu Uemura, The History of Whoo, Su:m37 and Ohui to trend-driven labels including Clio and M.O.I. The group aims to broaden access to authentic, high-end beauty products through a trusted distribution network.

Building on the foundation of the Mena Gourmet Market chain, Menas Group is entering an accelerated expansion phase, with upcoming locations planned for Nguyen Thi Thap, Vo Van Ngan, Tran Nao and Phan Dang Luu streets, as well as the Saigon Marina International Financial Center, which is expected to become a new focal point for lifestyle retail in the city.
The presence of TWG Tea, the Singapore-based luxury tea brand, completes what the group describes as a “one-stop luxury experience.” With a collection of more than 1,000 fine tea harvests and exclusive blends, TWG Tea adds an element of refined living that blends gastronomy, culture and design.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Nguyen Duc Quynh, chief executive officer of Menas Group, said the expansion reflects the company’s long-term commitment to raising lifestyle standards through world-class retail concepts.
“We remain focused on selecting global brands that enhance everyday living,” Quynh said. “Mena Cosmetics & Perfumes is not simply a retail project; it is part of our broader mission to improve quality of life for the community.”
He added that the group is targeting 50 supermarkets in Ho Chi Minh City and 100 locations nationwide within the next three years, positioning the pop-up boutique as a strategic entry point for its premium retail strategy.
The event was attended by strategic partners including Luxasia, LG Vina, Phuong Phat Group and L’Oréal, alongside members of the media and influencers from the beauty and lifestyle sectors, highlighting Menas Group’s growing role in shaping modern retail and consumer experiences in Vietnam.
