Menas Group is strengthening ties with universities and training organizations to cultivate a premier talent pool as it expects to hire over 1,000 new staff members this year.
On March 5, Menas Group signed a memorandum of understanding with Hoa Binh University during a ceremony announcing the appointment of associate professor, Dr. Bui Anh Tuan as the university rector for the 2025 – 2030 term.
This collaboration is designed to bridge the gap between academic training and the practical demands of the corporate world, while simultaneously expanding internship and career horizons for students.
Under the agreement, Menas Group will welcome interns and recruit graduates from Hoa Binh University into its diverse business ecosystem. This includes the Mena Gourmet supermarket chain, various F&B and restaurant services, and retail outlets located in major shopping centers and airports.
Beyond traditional recruitment, Menas Group will take an active role in the university’s educational framework. The group will contribute to curriculum development, provide industry experts as guest lecturers, and host career seminars to share professional insights with students.
According to company representatives, this synergy allows students to gain early exposure to professional environments, helping them master the necessary skills and understand industry expectations long before they officially enter the labor market.

Nguyen Duc Quynh, CEO of Menas Group, emphasized that partnering with educational institutions is a cornerstone of the company’s long-term human resources strategy.
"A high-quality workforce is the deciding factor in a company’s sustainable growth. By collaborating with universities, Menas Group can proactively build a youthful, well-trained team that is fully prepared to meet the demands of a modern service environment," Quynh shared.
He noted that as Menas Group expands its footprint in retail, services, and mall operations, the company’s hiring needs are projected to exceed 1,000 personnel in 2026 alone.

In addition to external partnerships, Menas Group is ramping up internal development to further elevate service standards. The company is currently working with IBH Academy to roll out specialized training for both staff and management. These courses cover a wide range of essential areas, including soft skills, customer care, leadership, and "Train-the-Trainer" programs.
A standout initiative is the “Resort Manager” program, specifically tailored for the operations management teams overseeing the office buildings and shopping centers within the Menas ecosystem.
Management believes that the combination of academic recruitment, internal upskilling, and professional leadership development will create a sustainable HR ecosystem, providing a solid foundation for the group’s upcoming system-wide expansion.
Quynh added: "At Menas Group, we consider people our most valuable asset. Investing in training and development not only drives service excellence but also provides the momentum for stable, long-term success."
Through these strategic partnerships with Hoa Binh University and IBH Academy, Menas Group aims to elevate the standard of human resources in the retail and service industries, while opening up exciting career pathways for the next generation of talent.
