LG Innotek secures $200 million IFC loan following revenue drop
LG Innotek Vietnam Hai Phong secured a $200 million IFC loan as revenue slows, aiming to expand camera module production while meeting sustainability targets.
Two large sized construction packages that Hoa Binh Construction Group has just won belong to projects of Alma Resort and Lancaster Lincoln.
The Lancaster Lincoln project located in district 4, Ho Chi Minh City is invested by Trung Thuy Group (TTG Holding) with three basements, an 8-storey utility tower and two blocks of which each has 40 storeys. The project is expected to be completed in June 2020.
Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company (HBC) has been awarded to be the main contractor of Lancaster Lincoln project to construct the structure, implement finishing works and electromechanical items with total contract value of nearly VND1.4 trillion ($61.6 million).
The Alma Resort project located in Dai beach (Cam Ranh, Khanh Hoa province) is invested by Thien Duong Bay Resort Co., Ltd. It covers an area of 30 hectares with 200 villas and 400 luxury apartments.
HBC will serve as the main contractor for this project to build two hotel towers, basement, foundations and pavilions. Total contract value reaches over VND1.3 trillion ($58.7 million) and construction time takes 380 days.
HBC’s total value of winning contracts in March reached about VND2.36 trillion ($104 million). Earlier in January 2018, HBC also won seven construction packages, totaling nearly VND1.5 trillion ($66 million).
According to the report of Vietnam Report Joint Stock Company (Vietnam Report), HBC ranked second (after Conteccons) in Vietnam’s top 10 reputable construction contractors in 2018.
