After a 14-day poll, the contest "Selection of your own cars", which attracted two million visitors, nearly 62,000 participants and collected over 10,000 comments, has found the most favorite Sedan and SUV (sport utility vehicle) designs.
The Sedan 02 and SUV 02 designs created by ItalDesign received the most votes from the car enthusiasts. Specifically, Sedan 02 design received 22,396 votes, accounting for 36.2 per cent; SUV 02 design received 13,833 votes, amounting to 22.4 per cent.
Two car designs have strong, luxurious and energetic features in common, especially, the V-shaped logo, the first letter of Vietnam. These two designs have aroused the national pride and satisfied with Vietnamese consumers.
The contest "Selection of your own cars", which took place from October 02 to 16, 2017, introduced 20 car designs for both sedan and SUV, two of which were selected to be manufactured. 20 car designs were created by four famous Italian car design firms, namely Pininfarina, Zagato, Torino and ItalDesign.
