Vietnam’s first Radisson-brand resort sets up base in Ho Chi Minh City ahead of its July debut
The international five-star hotel brand Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc has just cut the ribbon to inaugurate a commercial office in downtown Ho Chi Minh City's District 1, an event held one month ahead of its grand opening.
Overlooking the northern stretch of Vietnam’s most compelling beach, Bai Dai, Phu Quoc Island District, the opening of Vietnam’s first Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc heralds a new era for the Radisson Hotel Group.
The Group plans to launch Radisson Blu Resort Cam Ranh Bay early next year and is pursuing development opportunities in other Vietnamese destinations.
On Phu Quoc, Radisson Blu will unveil 514 rooms, suites and villas, a restaurant, two bars, a VIP lounge, large swimming pool and kid's club on July 14, 2018.
The team at the commercial office will drive sales and marketing efforts for the 514-room resort situated on the picturesque northwest coast of the island.
“The opening of Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc’s office in Ho Chi Minh City is a milestone that cements our presence in Vietnam before the July debut of this stunning property that is a first for this country and signals exciting times ahead,” said Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc’s general manager Peter Feran.
Ranging in size from 45 square meters to 635 square meters, the resort’s rooms, suites, and villas afford unencumbered views of the sea, gardens dotted with coconut palms and an immense tropical lagoon pool. The resort’s 10 Beachfront Pool Villas have two, three or six bedrooms, huge living areas, kitchens, dining areas and private pools.
The resort’s restaurants and bars include an all-day dining establishment Avenue, a vibrant marketplace setting featuring a spectacular show kitchen and an array of themed buffets, as well as a sophisticated lobby bar called Annex, the pool bar Azure and the ALUMI VIP Lounge.
Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc is located just 27km from Phu Quoc International Airport. Guests will have direct access to an adjacent complex’s collection of facilities including a spa, gym, convention center, water park, shopping center, restaurants, and theatre. An amusement park, 18-hole golf course and safari conservation park are also on the resort's doorstep.
