This is Vietjet’s third direct route between Vietnam and Japan, not only meeting the increased demand for air travel but also contributing to the development of tourism, trading and cultural exchanges between the two countries.

The third direct route from Vietnam to Japan follows the opening of Hanoi - Osaka and Ho Chi Minh City - Osaka routes. The two countries’ people and international tourists can also effortlessly transit to other ASEAN countries or destinations across the North Asia region with Vietjet’s comprehensive and constantly expanding flight network.

"With outstanding service quality, new fleet, dedicated and friendly cabin crew, delicious and hot inflight meals together with amazing ticket fares and exciting in-flight entertainments, Vietjet will offer its passengers with wonderful flying experiences,” said Vietjet Vice President Do Xuan Quang.

To celebrate the opening of the Hanoi - Tokyo route, Vietjet is offering one million super-saving tickets priced only from $0 (excluding taxes, fees) all day long on January 9, 10 and 11, 2019 at www.vietjetair.com. The flight period applied for all promotional tickets is from February 14, 2019, to December 31, 2019.

With a network comprising 39 domestic routes and 66 international routes, Vietjet operates safe flights with a technical reliability rate of 99.66 per cent, the highest rate in the Asia Pacific region.
