On February 25, 2025, the board of directors of Sunshine Group Joint Stock Company announced the appointment of Do Van Truong as the new CEO, effective March 1, 2025, succeeding Do Thi Dinh.
Meanwhile, Do Anh Tuan remains Chairman of the board, ensuring continuity in the group’s strategic direction.
A key executive within the company, Truong brings extensive expertise and a strong track record in managing Sunshine Group’s core businesses. His leadership is expected to play a pivotal role in unifying and optimizing resources across the Group as it enters a new phase of transformation.
As part of its growth strategy, Sunshine Group is ramping up development across nearly 20 projects nationwide, with the real estate sector projected to generate over VND200 trillion ($7.85 billion) in revenue between 2025 and 2026.
In January 2025, the group also approved a series of strategic acquisitions, securing ownership stakes in Sunshine Tay Ho JSC, DIA Investment JSC, Wonderland Real Estate JSC, and several other companies.
These acquisitions add a series of high-value, billion-dollar projects to Sunshine Group’s portfolio, including Noble Crystal Tay Ho WorldHotels Residence, Noble Palace Tay Ho, Noble Crystal Long Bien, Noble Palace Tay Thang Long.
The company reveals that all these projects have obtained full legal approvals, completed tax obligations and are now ready for commercial development.
Around 60 per cent of the low-rise properties are under construction and scheduled for handover between June and September 2025.
Noble Crystal Tay Ho WorldHotels Residence in Tay Ho Tay area of Hanoi has reached the 15th floor in construction and is expected to be completed by Q3/2026.
Noble Palace Tay Ho, a luxury villa and mansion development, is in its final stages, with handovers starting Q1/2025.
Noble Palace Tay Thang Long, a 70-hectare branded urban development featuring nearly 2,500 shophouses along Tay Thang Long Boulevard, is progressing rapidly, with handovers slated for August 2025.
