Menas on Thursday announced the simultaneous opening of two international dining venues at its Mena Town complex in Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City: Thai Siam Kitchen, marking its fifth outlet, and Don Cipriani’s Italian Restaurant, its third.
The launch represents a step in Menas’ expansion strategy across lifestyle, retail and food and beverage segments, positioning Mena Town Thu Duc as a modern lifestyle hub in the city’s eastern area.
The addition of the two brands is expected to enhance the local premium dining offering while contributing to everyday leisure and social activities for young professionals, families and residents in Thu Duc.
Following its nationwide success, Thai Siam Kitchen expands its footprint with this 5th branch in Ho Chi Minh City. Boasting a spacious seating capacity of nearly 200 guests, the restaurant delivers an authentic, vibrant Thai dining experience wrapped in a contemporary, energetic Southeast Asian design-making it the perfect venue for families, friends, and lively gatherings.
Debuting alongside is Don Cipriani’s Italian Restaurant, a premium culinary brand renowned for its artisanal handmade pasta, wood-fired pizzas, premium steaks, traditional risottos, and a meticulously curated collection of international wines.
With a capacity of 180 seats, the restaurant offers an elegant and intimate ambiance, ideally suited for romantic dates, high-level business meetings, or an upscale fine-dining experience.
The addition of these two international venues seamlessly completes the high-end utility ecosystem at Mena Town, which already features prominent brands such as Mena Gourmet, Mena Bébé, Mena Cosmetics & Perfumes, Club des Sommelier Winery, and Boulangeries de Saigon.
Far more than just a destination for shopping and dining, Mena Town Vo Van Ngan promises to be a versatile haven where every guest can find their own perfect space - whether it is a warm family meal, an energetic get-together with friends, or a romantic moment for couples.
Speaking at the grand opening, Nguyen Duc Quynh, CEO of Menas, said: "The simultaneous launch of two international dining brands at Mena Town, 188 Vo Van Ngan, is a pivotal milestone in our strategy to expand our premium lifestyle and F&B ecosystem.

Madame Ilaria, Director for the Italian Trade Agency - ICE in Ho Chi Minh City, expressed her pride in the growing influence of Italian culinary culture in Vietnam.
"Italian institutions view Menas as a strategic partner to strengthen the 'Made in Italy' brand in Vietnam, both commercially and culturally. We highly value the group's solid foundations, local execution capabilities, and their authentic vision for the Italian lifestyle.
Notably, having an authentic Italian chef at Don Cipriani’s powerfully reinforces the brand’s credibility and storytelling. Moving forward, the Italian Trade Agency looks forward to structuring a concrete collaborative roadmap with Menas to drive mutual value and deepen bilateral relations," she said.
Meanwhile, Nguyen Ngoc Quy, CEO of Mena Gourmet, stated: "With the simultaneous opening of Thai Siam Kitchen and Don Cipriani’s at Mena Town Vo Van Ngan, we are confident that this venue will become the hot new destination attracting a massive wave of customers in eastern part of Ho Chi Minh City.
