Lach Huyen Economic Corridor: Colossal projects of Him Lam, BRG, FLC, Xuan Truong plan to occupy

TheLEADER would like to update some information about real estate projects that have been implemented or plan to invest in Hai Phong.
FLC bet more than VND5,300 billion (USD233 million) to Do Son FLC complex
FLC has a plan to invest in a golf complex, resort and entertainment in Do Son. The project has a total area of 500 hectares and total estimated investment of VND5,300 billion (USD233 million)
The FLC Do Son project is designed as a six-bladed lotus flower which spreads out over the ocean. This project will include 4 main functional areas for tourism service, golf course, resort and scenic area.
The resort will include a 1,500-seat - International Convention Center, a marine square, amusement park, five-star hotels, six-star hotels with 1,000 rooms and thousands of apartments as well as luxury bungalows and villas.
BRG plans to build super hotel system at BRG Coastal City Do Son
Recognized as the largest golf investment company in Vietnam, BRG Group officially entered the field of real estate resort with BRG Coastal City project in Do Son, Hai Phong. The project is built on an area of 27ha with 682 villas.
In order to increase the attractiveness of the project, BRG will invest in a modern amusement park which is called Vinpearl Land of the North. Besides, the project also has a 15,000m2 - commercial center and a 6,000m2 - shopping mall as well as golf course BRG Ruby Tree 18 holes. The corporation is also planning to build a 36-hole golf course.
Xuan Truong poured VND10 trillion (USD440 million) into spiritual cultural investment
Xuan Truong billionaire, director of Xuan Truong Construction Company, is proposing the construction of a spiritual cultural tourism complex in Cai Trap Island.
Xuan Truong have plan to invest about VND9.8 trillion (USD431 million) on a total land area of over 450 hectares with the aim at developing Cai Trap island into an integrated tourism complex. The implementation period is from 2015 to 2025.
The project will connect Cai Chap island tourist resort with Trang Kenh spiritual resort, Cat Ba biosphere reserve and Bach Dang historical site. Million domestic and foreign visitors are projected to go to this resort every year.
Him Lam and VND5,000 billion - game (USD220 million) at Hon Dau
The giant has decided to spend VND5,000 billion (USD220 million) to invest in two projects of high-grade resorts in Do Son, Hai Phong. The first project is the Hon Dau Resort with a 49.7 hectare resort with full amusement park, water park, apartment and hotel complex.
The second project is tourism logistics and Hon Dau high-level resort. This project will cover the space consisting of a part of the mainland, a part of the sea surface which is in the west of Vung Xec area and a part of Hon Dau island.
