Indochina Kajima’s first major luxury resort project in Vietnam has a total investment of nearly $15.23 million, with an area of 59ha of ground and 35ha of water surface.
Ripe for exploration, the Bai Nom site envelops an entire cove demarcated by cliff and hill-like promontories to the north and the south bordering a spectacular pristine honey-combed beach, opening onto the tranquil, turquoise East Sea perfect for swimming and other water sports, on Vietnam’s south-central coastline between Quy Nhon and Tuy Hoa.
The Bai Nom resort will feature expertly designed residences with exquisite interiors and ocean villas with private pools, nestled within various leisure and entertainment facilities to offer a world-class holiday experience. The project is expected to become one of Asia’s finest resort properties, transforming Phu Yen’s coast into one of Asia’s top holiday destinations.
“When we initially envisioned Bai Nom, we thought first of The Nam Hai to create something extraordinary that would make Phu Yen’s coast a premier international leisure destination. When I first saw the Bai Nom site, I was mesmerized: the beach, the water, bordered by the steep cliffs to the north and the rolling hills to the south, just an incredible natural setting with forever uninterrupted panoramic views of the sea and beyond. I knew from that moment that we had found the opportunity to create another hospitality landmark for Vietnam,” said Peter Ryder, Indochina Capital’s CEO.
Indochina Capital is the leading developer in Vietnam’s premier luxury property arena with a portfolio of high-end properties across Vietnam, notably Four Seasons the Nam Hai, Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa, Montgomerie Links Vietnam and Six Senses Con Dao...
The construction and design of the Bai Nom resort will bring together a world-class design team and world-renowned resort operator, following the same award-winning blueprint that, time and again over the past two decades, has proven successful for Indochina Capital.
In addition to Bai Nom, Indochina Kajima is developing 20 Wink Hotels, Vietnam’s first international hotel brand, made in Vietnam for Vietnam, over the next 5-7 years, all part of its initial investment commitment of $1 billion into Vietnam, with the first, Wink Hotel Saigon Centre just put into operation.
