Hanoi Water Limited Company has recently issued document No. 1645 on temporary suspension of water supply to Discovery Complex which is a real property project including business centers, offices and apartments, located at 302 Cau Giay, Hanoi.
This project is invested by Cau Giay Investment and Trade Joint Stock Company that is one of member companies of Kinh Do TCI Group.
Hanoi Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Police Department previously conducted inspections and found that Discovery Complex project still did not ensure safety in fire prevention and fighting and meet requirements to receive written certifications.
The Department has approved the minutes on sanction of this project's administrative violations for the act of "putting houses or works into operation and use without certificate of acceptance on fire prevention and fighting".
The investor was also asked to stop immediately letting the households in as well as putting the project into operation. It was also requested to tackle its shortages in fire prevention and fighting until it can receive certificate of acceptance.
The Department recommended that organizations, individuals and households should not live, do business or work in projects which do not receive certificate of acceptance on fire prevention and fighting.
