UK investors propose resort and casino projects in Quang Ngai central province

UK investors hope that Quang Ngai authorities will create favorable conditions for them to seek for investment opportunities in high-end resorts including casino and other tourism services in the province.
Representatives of South Korean and UK investors had a working session with leaders of Quang Ngai Province regarding the proposal to invest in some projects including the solar power plant, led light manufacturing factory and high-end tourism and service complexes in the province.
Senior executives of the Korean business community Lee Beom Jae proposed that the provincial authorities create favorable conditions for South Korean investors to explore investment opportunities to build a chain of factories manufacturing LED lights, solar power, equipment, and transferring technology for solar power projects.
He also added that South Korean investors wanted to invest in a dairy cattle feed manufacturing plant in Quang Ngai province to export to South Korea.
Especially, Founder of the Vietnam National Entrepreneur Network (VINEN) Dinh Viet Hoa said that UK investors hoped that Quang Ngai authorities would create favorable conditions for them to invest in the high-class resort complex including casino and tourism services.
Within just 10 months of this year, Quang Ngai attracted more than 88 projects with the total registered capital of more than VND74 trillion (US$3.26 billion) including US$275 million in six foreign direct investment projects.
