Luxury apartment prices soar in Hanoi amid supply shortage
The supply of luxury apartments in central Hanoi is becoming increasingly scarce, pushing starting prices to new highs.
This project has marked an important step of T&T Group in developing real estate projects in the North of Vietnam.
On July 31st, 2018, T&T Group officially kicked off its first real estate project in Hung Yen province. The project is being developed by T&T Technology and Urban Development Limited Company (a member of T&T Group). It is 5.3 hectares wide, located in My Hao district and Yen My district of Hung Yen province.
This location is the northern gateway and the key economic area of the province, where many residential areas, factories and industrial parks lie, so it has decent infrastructure and other social facilities.
At the same time, the location of the project is also a centre of trade linked to Hanoi, Haiphong, Hai Duong province and other neighbouring provinces.
The project includes an office, commercial and residential complex that is 1.1 hectares wide and another commercial and residential complex that is 4.2 hectares wide.
Particularly, the former is a nine-storey mixed-use complex, which includes commercial services and flats.
The latter has the total construction area of 42,579 square metres, including terraced houses and villas.
The highlight of the project is the villas, each of which is about 150 to 400 square metres wide, located in the centre of the project. Besides, the terraced houses, each of which is about 65 to 120 square metres wide, directly face the major roads of the area.
As planned, the project will finish and come into use in 2019.
T&T Group was established in 1993. After 25 years of development, T&T Group has become a multi-industry corporation with major business fields: financial investment, real estate, import-export, hi-tech agriculture, logistics, manufacturing, health-education-sport, etc.
T&T Group's real estate products not only focus on the location, design and quality of the building but also provide professional services. They aim at creating a green, clean and beautiful environment, as well as security and convenience.

Vietnam's hospitality industry is undergoing a major transformation with a brand repositioning strategy that emphasizes unique, sustainable, and community-focused experiences.
High demand and limited supply drive transactions in major urban areas despite soaring costs.
Despite the real estate market's lackluster performance, several companies are accelerating land acquisition efforts.
Hanoi is set to receive a significant future supply of over 100,000 apartments starting from 2025, a tenfold increase compared to the current availability.
Hanoi’s apartment prices are expected to continue rising until supply and legal bottlenecks are resolved, according to experts.
