On July 31st, 2018, T&T Group officially kicked off its first real estate project in Hung Yen province. The project is being developed by T&T Technology and Urban Development Limited Company (a member of T&T Group). It is 5.3 hectares wide, located in My Hao district and Yen My district of Hung Yen province.
This location is the northern gateway and the key economic area of the province, where many residential areas, factories and industrial parks lie, so it has decent infrastructure and other social facilities.
At the same time, the location of the project is also a centre of trade linked to Hanoi, Haiphong, Hai Duong province and other neighbouring provinces.
The project includes an office, commercial and residential complex that is 1.1 hectares wide and another commercial and residential complex that is 4.2 hectares wide.
Particularly, the former is a nine-storey mixed-use complex, which includes commercial services and flats.
The latter has the total construction area of 42,579 square metres, including terraced houses and villas.
The highlight of the project is the villas, each of which is about 150 to 400 square metres wide, located in the centre of the project. Besides, the terraced houses, each of which is about 65 to 120 square metres wide, directly face the major roads of the area.
As planned, the project will finish and come into use in 2019.
