The Arena is invested by Tran Thai Cam Ranh Joint Stock Company which is owned Nha Trang Bay Investment Construction Joint Stock Company.

Nha Trang Bay is the investor of the Panorama Nha Trang project, where there has been a tense confrontation between Nha Trang Bay and Coteccons Construction JSC, the contractor of the project.

Coteccons accused Nha Trang Bay of violating the general contract when Nha Trang Bay proposed to raise the project building by more four stories and signed the mechanical engineering contract with other contractor. Nha Trang Bay has rejected all of Coteccons' allegations, claiming that the contractor has violated the terms of the contract.

Although Nha Trang Bay and Coteccons announced the termination of their contract, but the two parties have not agreed on the amount that Coteccons required Nha Trang Bay to pay up to VND120 billion (US$5.3 million).
