Menas Vietnam has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with SVD-Group, marking a significant milestone in introducing premium Russian products to Vietnamese consumers.
Under the agreement, Menas Vietnam will become the exclusive distributor of prominent Russian brands in Vietnam, collaborating with major names such as Essentuki, Narzan, Arkhyz Vita, and Volshebnitsa.
The initial product portfolio includes over 2,000 diverse items such as chocolates, confectioneries, canned goods, mineral water, cold cuts, and high-quality functional foods.
Budarina Regina, Director of the Business Center and Vice President of the Russia-Vietnam Friendship Association, emphasized that this partnership not only brings Russian products closer to Vietnamese consumers but also creates opportunities for economic and cultural growth between the two nations.
“We trust that Menas Vietnam will play a crucial bridging role,” she stated.
Currently, Russian products are available at Mena Gourmet Market, a supermarket operated by Menas Vietnam within the Mena Town complex near Tan Son Nhat Airport.
Looking ahead, Menas plans to expand the distribution of Russian products to luxury hotels, resorts, and educational institutions nationwide, aiming to grow its product portfolio to over 5,000 items.
Nguyen Ngoc Quy, Chief Operating Officer of Menas Vietnam, noted, “This agreement not only underscores our commitment to delivering high-quality international products but also represents a step forward in strengthening economic and cultural ties between Vietnam and Russia.”
This strategic collaboration is expected to boost bilateral trade, offering Vietnamese consumers a broader range of quality international products.
