To date, the property developer has contributed more than 23,000 products in 40 projects to the Ho Chi Minh City’s real estate market, meeting a variety of housing needs amongst its customers.

In addition, it is currently implementing its satellite urban areas in Dong Nai province as well as the tourism development projects in the Mekong Delta, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Binh Thuan and Khanh Hoa provinces, aiming at promoting sustainable tourism development in accordance with the National Tourism Development Strategy.

Since the first large-scale project, Sunrise City Complex (District 7, Ho Chi Minh City), Novaland has been developing more than 40 diverse projects to provide more outstanding products to meet the increasing demand of customers. The Novaland brand with the green Rubik cube icon continuously lit on top of projects across key locations, conveying a message that Novaland Group wishes to join hands with other businesses to build a happy, modern life for the overall development of the country.

Being a listed company amongst the VN30 Index, and having convertible bonds listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, Novaland affirms as one of the Vietnamese brands with a good reputation in the international capital market.

“Through this approach, Novaland has been able to gain long-term partnership with strategic shareholders, including renowned organisations such as GIC of the Singaporean government,” he added.

Developing community, creating destination and building happiness

With the mission of “Develop community, creating destination and building happiness”, Novaland Group is gradually expanding the development of resort tourism real estate products in cities with great tourism potentials such as Can Tho, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Phan Thiet – Binh Thuan, Cam Ranh - Khanh Hoa, and others, with the view to create many more attractive tourist destinations of international standard.

In the Mekong Delta, Novaland and the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank have jointly contributed funds for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) – a leading consulting firm in the world, to develop a Tourism Development Strategy for the 13 provinces in the area to adapt to climate change, in accordance with Prime Minister’s Resolution 120/NQ-CP. Accordingly, by 2030, the Mekong Delta will be the no. 1 river destination in Asia, creating 300,000 new jobs.

Based on BCG’s strategy, Novaland is planning and implementing NovaWorld Mekong project in the center of Can Tho City. This is a synchronous-large scale project of international standards that will change the perception of tourism in the Mekong Delta, strongly activating tourism combined with agriculture and traditional activities and making Mekong a tourist destination of the world.

In Binh Thuan, Novaland has funded McKinsey & Company to formulate an orientation project on tourism development. Accordingly, Binh Thuan province aims to become internationally recognised as a desirable tourist and resort destination for the following purposes: beach tourism & leisure, adventure & sports tourism, health & leisure tourism and MICE tourism.

Currently, Novaland is implementing the 1,000-hectare NovaWorld Phan Thiet project and the NovaBeach Mui Ne project that will bring many outstanding benefits to the community, including the theme park, water park, PGA golf course, regional centre for athlete training, water sport, flight zone for hot air balloons, picnic area, natural sea-water swimming pools, marina, theaters, traditional villages, traditional markets, food and beverage centres, conventional centres, commercial centres, school system, vocational schools, clinics, hotels, resorts and many other amenities.

Enhance the competitiveness of Vietnamese brand on the international markets

Novaland is affirming its right direction in the group’s operating strategy: focused approach, clear business strategy, stable land bank, solid financial structure, strict risk management, strong legal compliance. It is always striving to enhance the capacity to become a competitive Vietnamese brand on the international marketplace.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

CSR of Novaland is about associating the interests of the business with the interests of the community.

Despite the many challenges of the real estate market, Novaland has always been aware of its social responsibility.

Besides effective business operations and taking good care of employees’ lives, Novaland has been implementing numerous activities associated with community responsibilities. They include building schools, building bridges in remote areas such as Dong Thap and Long An provinces, contributing to the National University Development Fund and building houses of affection (for war-invalids or martyrs’ families to express gratitude) and cultural houses.

In addition, the group has also engaged in cleaning up waste on project sites to protect the environment, taking care of Tet holiday for poor household. Novaland’s Teacher Nhe Scholarships have been the constant companions providing support for excellent students to overcome difficulties during the past 13 years.

The group has also joined hands with Operation Smile in raising funds to bring smiles to children with cleft lop and cleft palate and donating for heart and eye surgeries for children in the Mekong Delta provinces.

The Clean Water for School programme sponsored by both Novaland and the Sponsoring Association for Poor Patients has installed filtering systems to provide clean, direct drinking water that meets the standards of the Pasteur Institute, helping to protect the health of pupils and teachers in the Mekong Delta region, who have a serious shortage of clean water. This is a program of profound humanity and is gradually spreading throughout the community.
