Savills Vietnam officially appointed property manager of The Eden Rose

The Eden Rose is the latest project for which Vimefulland, a real estate developer under Vimedimex Group, has chosen Savills as its property manager.

The Eden Rose is a villa and townhouse project located in Thanh Liet, Thanh Tri, Hanoi. The project is located on an eight-hectare site at the junction of strategic major roads connecting West and Southeast Ha Noi, including Ring Road No.3, 70A road, Kim Giang road, and Bang Liet Street.
The development has 233 villas and townhouses designed around a central park. 65 per cent of the site is covered by gardens and lakes, including a central rose square. Within the project, there is a school, a public library, medical and healthcare services, swimming pools, restaurants etc., to support all residents’ daily needs.
As handover is expected in the second quarter of next year, Savills will begin providing property management services at The Eden Rose at the beginning of next year.
The Eden Rose is the third project that Vimefulland has appointed Savills Vietnam as its property management unit, after Belleville Hanoi and The Emerald. These are the latest additions to the approximately 2.5 million square meter property management portfolio Savills has, including well-known projects such as StarLake, Goldmark City, Mandarin Garden, Richland Southern, BIDV Tower, Capital Tower in Hanoi, Saigon Pearl, The Vista, Avalon, Riviera Point, Masteri Thao Dien in Ho Chi Minh city.
The project Core5 Hai Phong from Indochina Kajima and Itochu Corporation will deliver approximately 80,000 square metres of world-class ready-built factory for lease, handover expected in the first quarter of 2027.
