The project D'. El Dorado has marked a turning point in the development strategy of Tan Hoang Minh Group to expand to low-cost and small-area apartment projects.

D'. El Dorado is Tan Hoang Minh's 5th real estate project in Hanoi

On October 20, Tan Hoang Minh Group officially commenced the high-end apartment project D'. El Dorado on Lac Long Quan Street, Tay Ho District, Hanoi.

The project occupies a total area of 2,808 square metres, including 27 storeys and 4 basements.

Previously, Tan Hoang Minh Group only focused on high-end projects for the upper class. Now, with D'. El Dorado, customers including young people can own a low-cost, high-end urban apartment.

D'. El Dorado apartments are from 30 to 120 square metres in area, in which small ones (with an area of 30-50 square metres) account for 65.2 per cent.

Tan Hoang Minh Group said that D'. El Dorado apartments are designed in the LIMO (Little-Modern) style for independent young people who want to start their own life in small, but stylish apartments.

Tan Hoang Minh recently signed a cooperation agreement with Saigon – Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB), which will finance the project, lend money to apartment buyers and supervise the project. Danko Group and Dat Xanh Mien Bac Real Estate Exchanges are the distributing units of the project.
