Alpha King appointed Savills Vietnam as its properties' exclusive leasing agency

Savills Vietnam has just signed an agreement to become the exclusive leasing agent for Alpha Town and Alpha Mall, properties of Alpha King Real Estate Development JSC.

Alpha King Real Estate Development JSC is wholly foreign-owned company with the main mission to develop multi-purpose real estate projects from trade centers to luxury apartments; to provide technique and architecture consultancy; and property management.

Alpha Town is a 35-storey building with gross floor area of roundly 72,019 square metres, which located at 289 Tran Hung Dao Street, district 1, Ho Chi Minh City. This asset is the only Grade A office building developed by wholly foreign-owned enterprise in district 1. The building’s façade is inspired by the elegant shape of the “Áo Dài”, Vietnam’s national costume.

Alpha Town is the only LEED Gold Grade A development by a foreign developer in the Central Business District (CBD). The cutting-edge project also provides a rooftop garden suitable for events and meetings and offers broad views across the city skyline. Alpha Town will create the ultimate workplace for stimulation and sustainable business growth.

Regarding to Alpha Mall, with a golden location at 87 Cong Quynh street, district 1, it offers eight levels with gross floor area of 33,254 square metres. Influenced by Saigon street art and enfilade building architecture, Alpha Mall recalls bygone Saigon by providing an inventive and modern space for the highest level of efficiency.

The project also includes two connected luxurious foyers, a LED video screen covering the entire front of the building and high-tech elevator/lift system. The mall will be decorated with tropical forest theme, providing consumers with a pleasurable shopping experience.
