The international real estate developer Alpha King has just announced that it will develop two projects in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City including the grade-A office building Alpha Town and Alpha City complex.
Especially, the Alpha City complex consists of Alpha Mall and luxury Alpha Hill apartments which have price of a million US dollars each and $10,000 per residential square metre, accordingly.
The two projects will be launched in September 2018.
According to Alpha King, these projects are inspired by Vietnamese history and culture while applying advanced technology and adhering to international standards.
Thereby, these projects will artistically remind of a historical city which was dubbed the "Pearl of Far East" in the most modern way, setting a new standard for working, living, and entertainment in Ho Chi Minh City.
"We believe that we can redefine the high-end life in Ho Chi Minh City and build the foundation for the city to become a world-class city,” said Jimmy Chan, CEO of Alpha King.
“Alpha King does not only build high-rise buildings or shopping centers but also a home, a community, a place where everyone can socialize, share, and enjoy together," he said.
He added: "We wish to introduce new lifestyle experiences to generations and raise the quality of Vietnamese real estate projects to meet international standards.”
Alpha King also applies cutting-edge technology in its real estate projects such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) or smart home solutions that provide the best lighting, water and air quality for living.
