Netland wins ‘Emerging Developer of the Year’ award
Netland Real Estate JSC has been named the ‘Emerging Developer of the Year’ at the Japan International Property Awards (JIPA) 2019 held on September 4.
The award recognises Netland’s efforts in targeting real estate development strategies that take customer needs at heart and are in line with the general development trend around the globe.
The high-end real estate projects invested by Netland include the Aria Danang Hotel & Resort, the Aria Nha Trang Hotel & Serviced Apartment and the Aria Vung Tau Hotel & Resort. All of which were highly lauded by JIPA’s experts.
Investment funds and foreign partners attending the awards night have shown their interest in the reputation and brand name of Netland, thus looking for opportunities to collaborate with the property developer in the near future.
“Given a long experience in investing in large-scale projects in Vietnam, Netland is proud to be the pioneer in shaping and leading the property development trend in in the country, and gradually expanding our presence to the region,” said Nguyen Huu Quang, board member and deputy general director of Netland, at the event.
Netland’s representative office in Japan has recently been launched and has so far been accompanied by trusted partners like Sanei, Anabuki and G7 Holdings in the development of various high-end projects.
Real estate experts have in fact acknowledged the company’s development strategy and long-term vision in strengthening its cooperation with leaders in the field to deliver quality products as well as reinforcing its position in the market.
Netland thus looks set to further work with investment funds, financial institutions and reputable consulting companies in Japan to effectively invest in numerous real estate projects in the country.
JIPA is Japan’s prime property awards that showcases Southeast Asia’s best developments from residential to commercial, recognising top regional developers and their flagship projects that passed the rigid Japanese standards of development excellence.
Nominees come mostly from Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, and Indonesia, as well as Maldives, Myanmar, Cambodia, and Vietnam.
Joining this year awards ceremony and representing Vietnam are Vingroup, Sunshine Group and Netland.
