On May 10, 2018, FLC Group entered into the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Best Western, a hotel management brand from the US.
Accordingly, Best Western is expected to become the manager and operator of FLC Grand Hotel Quang Binh under FLC Quang Binh Beach & Golf Resort.
Through this signing, FLC Group continues to affirm the strategy of resort development in Vietnam with the system of international standard services.
FLC Quang Binh Beach & Golf Resort is an ecotourism resort of nearly 2,000 hectares located in Hai Ninh commune, Quang Ninh district, Quang Binh province. The complex is built under international standards, including hotels, resorts, villas, luxury commercial townhouses, a golf course and around 80 other synchronized utilities.
Best Western, with more than 70 years of experience in operating hotels worldwide, is now offering operations and management services to more than 4,200 hotels in 100 countries and territories.
The US’s leading corporation was named among the world’s top 10 most experienced and reputable companies in hotel management thanks to the expertise and ability to operate hotels, resorts and apartments from standard class to high class, serving many different clients.
In Vietnam, Best Western has marked with great projects such as Best Western Pearl River Hotel in Hai Phong city, Best Western Indochine Palace in Thua Thien – Hue province, Best Western Da Lat Plaza Hotel in Da Lat, Lam Dong province, Best Western Premier Havana Nha Trang in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa province and Best Western Premier Sonasea Phu Quoc in Phu Quoc, Kien Giang province.
It is known that the corporation plans to focus on development in Vietnam market. In particular, the signing of Memorandum of Understanding with the FLC has marked an important milestone in the real estate market, not only opening up prospects for cooperation with the FLC but also giving Best Western new opportunities in a country with great resort potential.
Located in the center of the Quang Binh FLC complex, FLC Grand Hotel Quang Binh covers an area of 3.4 hectares with two five-star condotels, each of which consists of 12 storeys. The two condotels are connected together by the Sky Walk.
With 559 condotel apartments ranging in size from 45-320 square metres and 150 bungalows from 120 - 200 square metres, FLC Grand Hotel Quang Binh can receive more than 2,000 visitors during the peak. The highlight is the 320-square metre Presidential Suite with all modern conveniences, advanced three-layer fencing, private swimming pool and private facilities.
It is considered as the key project of Quang Binh province in particular and the central region in general. Once completed and put into operation, the project will contribute to creating jobs for local people, promoting economic development, especially in the field of tourism services.
