On October 10, 2017, the Control Union Certifications (CU), an internationally operating certification body that carries out inspections and issues certificates, issued the global GAP certification to Anova Farm joint stock company, a subsidiary of Anova Corporation. This is the first and the only pig farm in Vietnam reaching this global standard.

Anova Farm's pig farm was awarded the Global GAP certification in the first evaluation. The pig farm that implements Global GAP standards will ensure food safety, traceability, worker safety and well-being, environmental protection and biodiversity conservation.

According to the International Auditing & Financial Consulting Company (IFC), Anova Farm implementing and receiving Global GAP certification will help its products meet the global standards for food safety.

General director of Anova Farm Ton Van Tan said that its farm currently applies modern technology and animal husbandry and breeding models controlled strictly by livestock management software from the Netherlands and comply with the regulations of IFC on environmental protection and occupational safety. The farm has a closed production process with the US source for imported pigs, Global GAP certified feedingstuffs and WHO-GMP vaccines.
