Dragon Riverside City kicked off the groundbreaking ceremony

On August 19, 2017, Phu Long Real Estate Co., Ltd (Phu Long Real Estate) and Saigon Vina Land Joint-Stock Company (Land Saigon) jointly conducted the groundbreaking of Dragon Riverside City at 628-630, Vo Van Kiet street, District 5, Ho Chi Minh city (HCMC).

Located on a land area of 31,000 square meters, Dragon Riverside City comprises of the most luxurious Dragon Hill Premier, Dragon Mall and the 53-storey Dragon Tower.
Vo Huu Thien, Chairman of Land Saigon said that the project will be built on the foundation of Cho Quan Lamp House, which was the first biggest power plant constructed by France to supply electricity to both Sai Gon (also known as HCMC) and rural areas.
Thien said that the project is highlighted by the 53-floor high-rise building with the surface area of 72,712 square meters, including the largest convention center in HCMC, a five-star hotel, luxury serviced apartments, and A-grade offices.
Dragon Mall is an international-stature commercial center, including a hypermarket in the basement, six trading floors with an area of 10,000 square meters per floor, an IMAX cinema, and an entertainment park of 3,000 square meters on the top floor for outdoor recreational activities.
Dragon Hill Premier is a 40-floor apartment building with the total area of 123,570 square meters, including more than 1,200 airy luxury apartments and penthouses.
