Savills Vietnam has been appointed as the official sales agent for The Manor Central Park, a high-quality township complex, located southwest of Hanoi.

The Manor Central Park

The project was developed by Bitexco Group, one of the biggest corporations in Vietnam.

The complex of The Manor Central Park and Chu Van An Memorial Park is spread across a scale of 200 hectares, a huge land-fund with an expansive amount of greenery, parks, centers, retail, international schools, high-quality offices and residential facilities.

Located on Nguyen Xien street, next to Ring Road 3, residents can easily travel to the central business districts, Noi Bai airport as well as other facilities such as Thang Long University, Linh Dam Lake, National Hospital of Traditional Medicine and the National Convention Center.

The first phase of the project included 561 low-rise houses and villas, seven apartment buildings, one mixed-use building, one public building and two kindergartens. With a large number of low-rise products, the developer focused on the development of a wide variety of shophouses, townhouses as well as semi-detached and detached villas.

With the goal of making quality the highest priority, a clever and sophisticated design was emphasised, optimizing the use of the facades, business fronts, mezzanines and two separated Japanese paths.

The Manor Central Park was designed by Seijiro Takeda from Kume Sekkei, Ming Wu of EE and K Perkins Eastman and the famous architect, Carlos Zapata of CZ Studios.

Savills Vietnam has been appointed as the official sales agent for low-rise houses of the first phase of The Manor Central Park township. This component is partially finished and expected to be ready for handover from the first quarter of next year. They are priced from $686,166 per unit with the complete exterior and wall-mount interior.
