Ariyana Convention Centre joins alliance to propel MICE tourism in Danang

Leading convention centers in the Asian region have joined forces to establish the Asia Venue Alliance (AVA), a revolutionary collaboration committed to enhancing event hosting standards and elevating seamless business events experiences.
The founding members, including the Ariyana Convention Centre Danang from Vietnam, Bali Nusa Dua Convention Centre from Indonesia, International Convention Centre Tainan from Taiwan, Borneo Convention Centre Kuching from Sarawak, Malaysia and Setia SPICE Convention Centre from Malaysia, signed a memorandum of cooperation in Penang on December 7, 2023.
Francis Teo, Chairman of Asia Venue Alliance, said: "I am proud to be one of the first co-founders of this alliance and hope that with this alliance, events from all over the world will flock to Asia. Our collective efforts have borne fruit, and Asia is now well-positioned to be a global hub for world-class business events."

Danang Hotel Association Chairman Nguyen Duc Quynh said that promoting a destination through event tourism stands as the consistently stable approach for fostering sustainable development.
Specifically, he highlighted the significance of the Furama - Ariyana Danang International Tourism complex as pivotal hubs for drawing MICE visitors and propelling MICE tourism in Danang.
