Indochina Kajima breaks ground on Grade A office building in Hanoi’s emerging hub
Parc Hanoi marks Indochina Kajima's first office-for-lease project in its $1 billion investment plan in Vietnam.
The Government's inspection team will inspect the implementation of the law on construction investment projects on the Son Tra Peninsula from 2003 to 2016.
The results of inspections will be reported directly to the Prime Minister before March 31, 2018.
The Office of the Government has sent official documents on the inspection of law observance of construction investment projects on Son Tra Peninsula, Da Nang.
On this official documents, Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh has the following guidances.
The Government Inspectorate incorporating with Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Ministry of Construction and other related ministries and agencies inspects thoroughly the observance of the law provisions on land management, forest protection and development, environmental protection and construction in construction investment projects on the Son Tra Peninsula that approved by People’s Committee of Da Nang City in the period from 2003 to the end of 2016.
The inspection team will report the results directly to the Prime Minister before March 31.
On September 5, the People's Committee of Danang City announced officially about the report to the Prime Minister regarding the review of projects and plans for development of Son Tra National Tourist Area to 2025, orientation 2030.
According to the report, until December 2012, in the Son Tra Peninsula, the People's Committee of Da Nang City has approved 18 projects to invest in tourism development with a total area of 1,222.5 hectares. The total amount of money collected from land rent from 2003 to 2012 was over VND698.37 billion (roughly US$31 million).
The planned scale residence of the projects are 1,920 villa lots, 24 bungalows and 306 hotel rooms that is equivalent to about 5,600 rooms hotel rooms.
Of which, three projects have been invested including Bai Bac Ocean Resort (Da Nang Intercontinental Sun Peninsula Resort), Son Tra Spa Resort and Bai Trem Ecotourism Resort. In addition, an ongoing project is Tien Sa Marine Ecotourism Area but it was forced to be suspended recently.
There are three projects that have been partially implemented but then halted, including Bai Trem Resort (Mercure Son Tra Resort), Bai But Beach Resort, Eco-tourism resort and service at Son Tra Peninsula. Besides, there are 11 projects that are not yet implemented.
Through the process of reviewing all projects,the People's Committee of Danang City suggests adjusting six projects andconsiders to reduce the scale of 10 projects in order to meet the developmentcriteria of Son Tra Peninsula.Parc Hanoi marks Indochina Kajima's first office-for-lease project in its $1 billion investment plan in Vietnam.
