A villa on the outskirt of Hanoi priced at about US$2.6 million

Noble Vietnam Co., Ltd. the investor of Van Tri Avenue Villa project, has appointed CBRE (Commercial Real Estate Services) exclusive sales and marketing agent of the project.

Van Tri Avenue Villas project which consists of 35 high-end villas is located in the 18-hole Van Tri golf course that was put into operation more than 10 years ago in Kim No commune, Dong Anh district, Ha Noi.

Designed by the famous Korean architect Bae Dae Yong, each unit has four to five bedrooms on areas of 1,100 to 1,300 square meters. It is expected to be completed in December 2019.

According to project investor, the customers who afford to buy villas must be the rich. Each unit in the project is priced from US$2,000 - 2,100 per square meter without furniture. The total value of each unit is over VND60 billion (US$2.6 million). This is the highest price offered for the villa segment while villas in other projects such as Vinhomes Riverside, Gamuda… are usually priced less than VND40 million (US$1.76 million).

CBRE will sell seven A-zone villas and five C-zone villas. The A-zone villas cover an area of 1,150 sqm overlooking Van Tri Lake and nearby Van Tri golf course. These villas have a housing area of 384 sqm, total floor area of 814 sqm on three floors and a swimming pool.

Five C-zone villas cover an area of 1,250 sqm and face the golf course with a housing area of 385 sqm and total floor area of 643 sqm on two floors.

In addition, customers who buy villas at the project will be offered a US$132,000 golf voucher and free medical check-up at the Korea International Hospital.

Only 20 minutes from the downtown Hanoi and only 10 minutes driving from Noi Bai International Airport, Van Tri Avenue Villa project is a part of a complex including Van Tri Golf Club, Concordia International School Hanoi and Van Tri urban area which is about to deploy with 1,214 luxury apartments.
