Since the handover in late 2014, the Thang Long Number One project has been operated for more than three years. In January 2018, Savills Vietnam officially took charge of property management and operation services at Thang Long Number One apartment complex, which contains over 1,000 units.
Thang Long Number One is over 39,000 square metres wide with the commercial and retail areas, and two 40-storey buildings. The complex is set in a green landscape and supported by modern infrastructure and internal facilities. There are kindergartens, tennis courts, fitness centres, indoor and outdoor pools, shopping mall and an indoor park.
Vu Kieu Hanh, Savills Hanoi Head of Property Management, said, “Unlike managing a project right after the handover, taking charge of an operating one poses unique challenges. Our overarching aim is to avoid any disruption to the residents. Savills has a great deal of refined experience in property management, and we are confident this early goal will be effectively achieved.”
Thang Long Number One is the latest project added to Savills' portfolio, which has over 2.5 million square metres of property management. Some more recent additions include The Eden Rose, Hanoi Belleville, and The Emerald. Major developments include StarLake, Mandarin Garden, Richland Southern, BIDV Tower, Capital Tower (Hanoi), Saigon Pearl, the Vista, Avalon, Riviera Point, Masteri Thao Dien (Ho Chi Minh City).
