FDI capital hit $20 billion in six months

The total amount of foreign investment capital including new registration, increase adjustment and contribution for shares purchase deals reached $20.33 billion, an increase of 5.7 per cent compared to the same period in 2017, based on the latest report of the Foreign Investment Agency (FIA).

New business registration falls slightly in November

10,920 enterprises were established in November with a registered capital of VND109.9 trillion (US$4.8 billion), representing declines of 2.1 per cent and 7.8 per cent respectively, compared to the previous month, according to the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
