Dragon Capital and VinaCapital acquire 30 per cent of FPT Retail’s stakes

FPT has completed selling 30 per cent of its largest retail distribution system, the Digital Retail JSC (FPT Retail), equivalent to 6 million shares, to funds managed by or associated with Dragon Capital and VinaCapital. The value of the deal has not been disclosed yet.
