Specifically, two key items are carried out including the replacement of the entire doors of apartments with the 70-minute fire resistant doors and the change of normal aptomat to anti-leakage aptomat.
In addition, Vinhomes also intensifies the review and installation of fire detectors, smoke detectors, automatic fire sprinklers, etc. in public areas that are at risk of fire such as technical zones, garbage room.
Together with the fire prevention and fire fighting equipments, Vinhomes also adds and strengthens the number of security cameras in the necessary locations, enhancing the security of the urban areas.
Besides upgrading equipment system, Vinhomes also establishes a specialized unit and adds a Deputy General Director to be able to deal with security, safety and fire fighting issues onsite in a timely manner for all urban areas of Vinhomes.
All upgrades will begin since June 2018 and will be fully paid by Vinhomes with the total budget of around $22 million, once the consent from apartments owners are fully collected.
The urban areas of Vinhomes have always taken the lead position in terms of security measure and fire safety system.
