Kenton Node Hotel Complex is a part of Kenton Node Complex located at Nguyen Van Linh - Nguyen Huu Tho intersection.
It has an area of nearly 11ha including nine buildings with many features such as luxury apartments, hotels, entertainment services, food and beverage centers.
Upon its completion, Kenton Node Hotel Complex will become the first and highest five star international standard hotel in the South of Ho Chi Minh city. With 44 leves, this hotel will allow people to see the panoramic view of South Saigon and Phu My Hung new urban area.
Kenton Node Complex was initially Kenton Residences, which only planned to develop apartments starting in 2009, with the estimated total investment capital of $350 million.
However, according to the approved adjustment plan in 2017, the project was changed to Kenton Node, which is a complex of residential apartments, hotels, shopping center, school, theater, clinics. The total investment capital afterwards is estimated to be approximately $800 million.
Specifically, the five star hotel has 288 rooms, the condotel has 586 flats and the apartment includes 1,683 units with an area of 47 square metre to 142 square metre.
The complex will also contain nightly entertainments like water music, a 1.8 km walking street, four shopping zones, Singapore’s medical and stem cell center etc.

By cooperating with Tai Nguyen Construction and Trading company, Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts will officially be present in Ho Chi Minh city to manage the first five star hotel in South Saigon.
