According to VTG’s research, this urban railway project is completely feasible in terms of technology and the ability to recover capital, ensuring the equal benefits for investors.
Richard Courey and his colleagues reported briefly to the Deputy Prime Minister on the idea, method, technology and investment progress of the project. He also affirmed that with VTG’s virtue and experience, it is fully qualified to successfully implement the project, meeting all the requirements of the government of Vietnam.
At the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung highly appreciated the experience of VTG Group in developing transport infrastructure projects in many countries in the world, especially in the context that Vietnam is mobilizing social resources to invest in infrastructure for socio-economic development.
Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung asked VTG to work with Hanoi’s authorities, ministries and departments of Vietnam before submitting the detail report to the government of Vietnam.
At the same time, Deputy PM Trinh Dinh Dung asked the VTG to study more infrastructure projects, especially railway transport infrastructure, including the North-South Express railway.
