Bao Viet Insurance and Aetna International officially launched the world-class health insurance product Aetna Summit in Ho Chi Minh City on June 7 and in Hanoi on June 8.
Aetna Summit includes five health insurance packages for a group of three or more employees of companies, with coverage limits ranging from VND40 billion ($1.76 million) to VND115 billion ($5.07 million).
Based on different demands, companies can be flexible in choosing additional types of coverage, including travel insurance, personal accident insurance, and maternity insurance. Aetena Summit is an effective solution for businesses because “happy and healthy employees bring effective productivity and operation for businesses”.
The new product offers outstanding benefits and preferences, including a guaranteed hospital cost coverage system with more than 1 million hospitals and clinics worldwide and a team of specialists available 24/7. At the same time, customers can still receive a comprehensive healthcare plan from the Care & Response (CARE) team, which consists of health professionals that can speak multiple languages.
It will integrate technology applications on smart equipment so that customers can actively take care of their own health via accessing a data port with health information. Policy holders also can also have a health examination from doctors and health professionals via video chat.
Aetna International has partnered with red24, the world's leading crisis management assistance company providing global risk management to employees and companies, to provide its customers with a comprehensive range of security advice and information even in the most critical of scenarios or even if the situation does not relate to a disease or accident.
All insurance packages include an information service on Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) that operates 24/7 via a hotline, available in multiple languages, which provides consultation on pyschological issues if there are any changes and imbalances in their life.
