Khaisilk’s commercial infringements subject to strict punishments

Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh has assigned the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Finance and other relevant agencies to strictly handle the commercial infringements caused by Khai Duc Ltd., Co. (Khaisilk) in accordance with the law.

Authority orders investigation on Khaisilk Corp’s silk scarf labeled “Made in China”

The Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Tuan Anh has requested the Market Surveillance Agency to coordinate with the Consumer Protection Division under the Vietnam Competition Authority to investigate, review and clarify the information on Khaisilk Corp (Khaisilk)’s silk scarf, which was labeled both "KHAISILK - Made in Vietnam" and “Made in China".
